How to insert a tampon? Thanks :)?

You have too holes down there, you vagina, and you pee hole. So make sure your utting it in you vagina (which is the hole further back.) Using a mirror REALLY helped me. So you want to push the tampon up until the first part is up, thats confusing but the box will explain what i mean. You want to puch untill you fingers touch you. Dont forget to push it up on a slight curve back, not to much of a curve though! That hurts, just slight curve. After you get that up you want to puch the lower part of the tampon up into the upper part so the padding does up in you. After its up pull the plasic part out of you, and te string should hang down.
