Does he still like me???

I have a friend named Ryan. We're really good friends. I know he liked me earlier in the year, like the beginning of the school year, but he could've liked me for a few months before that. Anyway, I'm not sure if he still likes me or not... I've had 2 boyfriends this year, am still with the second one but thinking of breaking up with him. But anyway, I can't tell if Ryan still likes me or if he's just really friendly ('cause we are good friends). He touches me a lot, not like in an inappropriate way or whatever. But like, he touches my hair, and sometimes he'll like, stroke my face (like my cheek), and if I ever have my hair in pigtails he'll pull on them and say he's milking my hair. And like, today we were walking down the hall after a club after school and he put his arm around my shoulders for a couple minutes till we went outside. And every morning that I see him, we'll hang out until we have to get to class, which usually just consists of walking around the school and stuff. Maybe I'm just being hopeful though, because I've liked him for pretty much as long as I've known him (which is about a year)
