Where I change an empty handy gas cylinder?

I have an empty 11Kg Propane cylinder, which I am having a hard time getting changed for a full one as Handy Gas have vanished (maybe taken over by BP). The BP people don't sem to have much of a clue as they always point to dealers which cannot help
