How do i put a pig tail in my 96 honda civic?

In household electrical parlance, a pigtail simply refers to something that connects an outlet to terminals on an appliance for instance. I would guess that in automotive applications, it must be like some kind of wiring harness. They can't know until they test that this is where your problems lies. They may be just talking about what it (the problem) often is.
