What are the best PC Speakers for �150?

Altec Lansing MX6021 200-Watt PC Speaker System has descent sound quality compared to other 2.1 PC speakers on the market. Though It may not have the vibrant sound and clearness of its predecessor MX5021, it is still a descent sound system if you can get it at a discounted price. I would not suggest paying full retail price for this though.
