Best motorcycle???? Restriction????

Don't go for the Fazer just because of a fuel gauge, because most bikes won't have one and it's best not to get into the habit of relying on one. A Honda CBR400, or even an old Honda NSR125 or Aprillia RS125 (they run around 30bhp derestricted) will be a good choice as you won't need to pay for the restricting / de-restricting, and they aren't expensive bikes if you do happen to drop them. They will also be very cheap insurance, cheap to run, and slightly better to ride than a restricted larger bike. The CB500 is also a very easy and forgiving bike to ride if you're looking for for something to last you a couple of years after your initial two, but as said you're going to be paying the price of restriction / de-restriction.
